Wendy Bornstein
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage 617.962.1975

Wendy Bornstein is a longtime resident of Dover, having lived in the community since the late 1980’s. After being raised in Newton and later returning to the area after a two-year stint in New York, she was very happy to exercise her real estate knowledge and experience in the place where she has been most actively engaged throughout her life. More recently she has expanded her home base to include the lower Cape area during the warmer months.  She has an MBA from Boston University and a BBA from the University of Massachusetts.

Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker, Wendy worked in financial management and strategic planning. She later worked as an independent contractor in the software industry after starting a family.  During this time she continued to develop impressive project management and strategic negotiations skills which she now utilizes to consult and serve her client-base.

Since starting her real estate career, Wendy has worked with buyers and sellers during various stages of their real estate life cycles, including first time buyers and young professionals, middle-aged individuals, relocations, and seniors downsizing to assisted living. She enjoys working collaboratively with people to find the ideal solution to their real estate needs, having experienced firsthand the complexities of relocating and helping others to downsize.

Throughout her adulthood, Wendy has been deeply involved in the Dover, Needham and Newton communities. The extent and range of her activities has spanned close to three decades, centering around fundraising and leadership board positions for health care services, community relations and cultural art groups, as well as Booster and youth sports programs, where her children played ice hockey and were cheerleaders.  Wendy's favorite past-times include walking her Havanese dog Delilah, traveling, going to theater, cooking, reading, doing yoga, and spending time at her second home on Cape Cod. Wendy’s deep knowledge of the communities, their resources, and public and private schools, is an asset to her clients.
